Epad issue cant sign the report

Make sure the epad drivers are installed and listed in programs and features as epadlink epad and interisign desktop . Uninstall them and reinstall again.Can be found on the web or the flash drive I left for you.
  1. Open a web browser and go to http://support.sperryrail.com . Click the tab called ‘ePad Driver’ 11.9mb to download the signature pad driver to your computer. Don’t close the web browser since you will need it later.
  2. When the download completes, run the file and agree to all security warnings.
  3. Once opened, click ‘Next’, agree to the license then click ‘Next’again
  4. Use the laptop username in the ‘User Name’ field, 'SRS' as the Company, select 'Anyone who uses this computer (all users)' then click ‘Next’ Select the ‘Custom setup type then click ‘Next’
  5. Check ONLY ‘ePad USB and ePad-ink USB’ check boxes then click ‘Next’
  6. Select Generic utility’ and “e-pad Ink” then click ‘Next’
  7. ‘Select the Source code samples’ leave blank then click ‘Next’
  8. Terminal services’ leave blank then click ‘Next’
  9. Click ‘Install’, wait for the install to complete, then click ‘Finish’.
  10. Now, go back to the same web browser you left open and click the tab called ‘ePad Libraries’17.6mb.
  11. When the download completes, run the file and agree to all security warnings.
  12. Once opened, click ‘Next’ Accept license, enter laptop username in the ‘Name’ and SRS in the ‘Company’ then click ’Next’
  13. At ‘Select Components’, expand the Desktop item and select ONLY the ‘IntegriSign core’ and uncheck all the rest (3 checkmarks total) then click ‘Next’
  14. Accept the default destination then click ’Next’
  15. Accept the default program folder… then click ‘Next’
  16. Wait for the installer to complete, then click ‘Finish’.
  17. Plug the pad into the computer
  18. You can check the installation using Start Menu->ePadLink->ePad-> Generic epad test utility
