Adding A Printer From The Print Server

Step 1

Click the Start Menu icon on your task bar so that the Start Menu is displayed.

Step 2

Type \\ps01, then press Enter on your keyboard. A list of available network printers should be displayed.

Step 3

Double-Click on the printer you wish to add to your computer. The installation process will begin. Once completed, the printer queue will be displayed in a popup window. You have successfully added the printer to your computer.
