Voicemail (.wav) files will not open in Outlook

To find Outlook temporary internet files location, you must seek the location in registry (no consistency, varies from system to system). Simply cutting and pasting the path from regedit into Run box will bring you to the location. Go up one level, and make sure Outlook is closed before deleting. Any office files stored in Outlook that are currently open will not be able to be deleted, but these can probably be left alone.
